Message differentiation and the redesign of Palm Coast Data’s website was the cornerstone of the company’s repositioning. Within 60 days of launch, the site generated numerous new business inquiries. The site’s average visit duration increased by 268% and mobile traffic increased by 122%. Duffey integrated the new brand design and messaging into the company’s client communications, sales collateral, presentations, advertising and new product launches – building internal consistency and industry visibility.
Through media relations initiatives, we strategically placed a product-launch article with Audience Development – the industry’s most highly read publication.
