ATLANTA (Nov. 7, 2012) – Duffey Communications, one of the oldest independently owned, full-service public relations agencies in the Southeast, today announced its recent designation as a double Gold Award winner in the 2012 MarCom Awards, an international awards competition recognizing outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals.

Duffey earned Gold Writing honors for its feature article on the life of a former Atlanta-area victim of child sex trafficking, which resulted in 66,021,000 media impressions nationwide. The Gold Website Development award was given for the redesign of a Florida-based, business-to-business company website, which in its first 60 days live led to 18 new-business leads.
